6. When did Carroll become a county? In 1837, formed from parts of Baltimore and Frederick counties. It's named after Charles Carroll of Carrollton, who signed the Declaration of Independence.
7. A second driver in our family needs a key for the car. How does that work? We cut the new key from the one you carry and pair its chip or remote with the car, then both keys get tested with you. Adding a key before the only one is lost is the easier job, so it's smart not to wait.
