Car Keys

  • What details help you bring the right car key? The make, the model and the year, and whether the car has a start button. That tells us which key to bring.
  • Do you check that the car is mine before you open it? Yes. We ask for a photo ID and proof that the car is yours before we open it or make a key.
  • Do you have a page for my car's brand? We have pages for 21 domestic and Asian brands, from Toyota and Honda to Ford, Jeep and Lincoln. Start at Car Keys & Key Fobs.
  • My key starts the car, but the fob buttons don't work. Who do I call? Call us. If the fob needs to be paired again, see Key Fob Programming.

  • My key turns, but the door stays shut. What's wrong? Call us. Something inside the lock or latch may have broken. We can open the door and fix or replace the lock.
  • What if my house key snaps off in the front door? We pull the broken piece out and make you a fresh key. See Broken Key Removal.

  • Can you set up keys so staff only open certain rooms? Yes. That's what a master key system is for. See Master Key Systems.
  • Can you replace a lock that won't latch at our shop? Yes. We fix or swap out worn and broken business locks. See Business Locks.
  • Do you work at stores, offices and warehouses? Yes. We work on business doors and locks across our service area.

  • What are your hours? We're open 24 hours a day, all year.
  • Which counties do you cover? Baltimore City and Baltimore, Howard, Harford, Anne Arundel and Carroll counties. See Areas We Serve for the towns.
  • Is there a storefront I can stop by? No. We're fully mobile and work from our service vehicles, wherever your car, home or business is.
