Good to Know

My key broke off in the door lock. What should I do? Leave it in place and call us. We'll get you inside and replace the lock if it's damaged.
Our back door lock is stiff and hard to turn. Fix or replace? If the lock is worn out, a new lock is usually the better fix. We can put one in.
Do you come out on holidays? Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, all year, holidays included.
The car's locked and the key fob is sitting on the seat. Can you open it without breaking a window? Yes. We open car doors with proper tools, so the glass and the paint stay as they are.
I'm locked out of my garden apartment. Should I call you or the landlord? Either can work. If the office is closed or nobody answers, call us. We get you inside with the lock left as it was.
How old is this community? It dates to 1909, when the Taylor Land Company started selling lots to Baltimore families who wanted room outside the city. It's still unincorporated and part of Baltimore County.
Our son just got his license. Can he have his own key to the family car? Yes. We make a second key from yours, program it, and he tries it before we go. Keep his key on a different ring from yours, so one lost ring never leaves the car with no key at all.
