Good to Know

My bike is on the rack and the keys are locked inside. Can you open it? Yes. We open the car without the key.
Can you change the locks on a small shop? Yes. We change or rekey shop locks.
It's late. Is anyone still working? Yes. Our phone is answered day and night.
At the Cromwell Light Rail station, the engine refuses to run on my key, and a key-shaped light blinks on the dash. Can you sort it out in the lot? Yes. Often the car no longer picks up the key's chip. We test it beside the car, and if the chip is the trouble, a replacement key is cut and coded there in the lot.
The door won't open even though the key turns. Is that a lockout? It is. A broken latch or a worn cylinder can hold a door shut even with the right key. We open it, then repair or replace the lock.
Can you reach a car at the Glen Burnie end of the B&A Trail? Yes. The trail runs about 13 miles from here toward Annapolis. If your car is at a spot along it, tell us the nearest road and we'll meet you there.
