- I lost my only Chevy key. Can you make one with no key to copy? Yes. We make a new key from scratch and program it to your car.
- Our sliding patio door lock broke. Do you fix those? Yes. We can repair or replace it.
- Can you come on a Sunday? Yes. We work 24 hours a day, all year, Sundays included.
- The car locked itself with the fob inside. How does that happen? It can happen, often when the fob's battery is weak and the car doesn't sense it inside. We open the car door, and checking that battery is a good next step.
- A guest locked the knob on the way out, and our keys are inside. Can you open it without damage? Yes. Most knob locks can be picked or bypassed, and nothing gets broken: not the door, the frame or the lock.
- What gave the area its name? The mansion of the same name. Harry Dorsey Gough finished it in 1776 and named it after his family's ancestral home near Birmingham, England. Baltimore County owns the house today.
- Our car key is so worn that it barely turns in the ignition anymore. Is a new key enough? Often it is. The cuts on an old key wear down until they no longer line up with the lock. We cut a new key by your car's code, set up its chip, and try it in the ignition. If the lock itself is worn too, we tell you before doing anything else.
