  1. How long does a new key take? Every car and key is a bit different, so ring us at (443) 527-1442 and we'll go over yours.
  2. Should I get two keys made? We suggest it. A spare is much easier than starting from zero again.
  3. Can you stop my lost key from starting the car? Often, yes. When we program the new key, we can make the lost one stop working in your car.
  4. The car is locked at the end of our long driveway, keys sitting on the seat. Will you open it? Yes. Driveway, road shoulder or lot, the door gets opened with car tools and nothing gets scratched.
  5. Every door of the house is locked and I'm stuck in the garden. Can you get me in? Yes. We open whichever door is easiest, usually by picking it, and your locks keep working.
  6. Did the community always have this name? Not at first. When its post office opened in 1836, it went by Davis Tavern. The village grew up around its granite quarries.
  7. A contractor lost his work truck key somewhere on our wooded lot. Can the truck get a key in the driveway? Yes. We come to the truck, cut a key from its own code, and set up the chip until it starts. Raking through the leaves can wait. The owner of the truck shows us an ID and the registration, and we get going.
