- Keep the old fob, even if it's dead.

- Can I start the car if the fob is dead? Many push-button cars start if you hold the fob against the start button. If not, we program a new fob.
- Can you program a fob I bought online? Sometimes. It depends on the fob and the car. Tell us the part number when you call.

- The car is still running, and it locked itself with my keys inside. What should I do? Call (443) 527-1442 and stay near the car. Our lockout tools get a door open, then you can turn the engine off.
