  1. Can you make a Jeep key with no key to copy? Yes. We make a new one in the lot without the old key.
  2. Can you make two keys so I have a spare? Yes. Ask when you call and we'll make both during the same trip.
  3. I'm not sure I lost it at the plaza. Does that matter? No. We make the new key wherever the car is, so you don't have to find the old one.
  4. Can you open a car parked in our own driveway at night? Yes, at any hour. We open the car with no damage, and you can check the locks work before we leave.
  5. I stepped out to grab the mail and the door latched behind me. Can you open the house? Yes. Picking is how most front doors get opened, so nothing breaks, and we confirm your lock still works.
  6. Is the name older than the community itself? Much older. It comes from colonial Joppa, a busy seaport and the county seat of the original Baltimore County until 1768. Its old site lies inside today's community, which was started in 1961 as a planned development.
  7. My husband and I keep passing one car key back and forth. Is a second one for him an easy job? Sure. We copy the key you already have and pair the new one with your car, then you each try it before we leave. Keep the new one on its own ring, so both keys never go missing together.
