- I lost my only push-button fob. Can you still make one? Yes. We program a new fob to the car.
- Can the lost fob still start my car? It might. When we program the new fob, we can make the lost one stop working in your car.
- Do you come out on weekends? Yes. We work every day, around the clock.
- Our car locked at a kids' game with the keys still in the ignition. Can you open it? Yes. Tell us which field or lot when you call. We open the door with lockout tools, so the window and the weather seal aren't harmed.
- Our door sticks in damp weather, and now we're locked out. Can you help? Yes. Damp weather can swell a door against its frame. We open the lock, and we can adjust the strike plate so the door closes cleanly again.
- Was Severna Park always called that? No. It started out as Boone, a stop on the old Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad. Today it has no town government and falls under Anne Arundel County.
- The unlock button on our fob died, but the lock and trunk buttons still work. Can that be fixed? Often, yes. Usually the rubber pad under that button is worn, or the board has a crack. We open the fob and test it. If the board is fine, it moves into a new shell; if it isn't, a new fob gets programmed for your car.
