  • Count the doors you want rekeyed: front, back, side and garage.
  • If the car key was on the ring too, tell us the year, make and model.

Good to Know

  1. I lost my house keys. Should I rekey or change the locks? Rekeying is usually enough. Your old keys stop working and you get new ones.
  2. What if I find the lost keys later? After a rekey, they won't open your doors anymore, so you can toss them.
  3. Can you do the car key during the same trip? Yes. Tell us when you call.
  4. The car's locked at a boat launch, keys inside. Will you come out there? Yes. Tell us the launch or the nearest road, and we come open the car there.
  5. Our only car key dropped into the water off the dock. Can you make a new one without it? Yes. We make a key from the car itself, with nothing to copy, and program it so the engine starts. Have the registration and your ID ready.
  6. Does the area have a town government? No. Anne Arundel County governs it directly, and we cover every part of it.
