Good to Know

  1. My Honda fob stopped working. Is it the battery or the fob? Sometimes it's just the battery. If the fob itself has failed, we can program a replacement.
  2. Our keypad lock died and we can't get in the house. Can you help? Yes. We'll get you inside, and you can put new batteries in once you're in.
  3. Can you come to an office after hours? Yes. We're open 24/7 for business lockouts, rekeys and lock changes.
  4. Only the lock button on our remote key still works. Do we need a whole new key? Not always. Sometimes the button pad is worn or the battery is low. We check it first; if the remote has failed, we program a new key to your car, and the car can usually be set to stop accepting the old one.
  5. My house key and car key are on one ring, locked inside the house. What can you do? Plenty. We open the front door, and once you're inside, the car key is back in your hand too.
  6. Our keys are shut inside the car on a street by the old county courthouse. Can you find us? Yes. The courthouse on Washington Avenue, built of limestone and marble in the mid-1850s, makes an easy landmark. Name the closest corner and we'll open the car without a scratch.
